This perfect-for-fall apple butter and a cinnamon crumble topping make for a sweet breakfast, snack or dessert.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, blend together butter, sugar, eggs and apple butter until creamy. Then mix in the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Fold in the pecans and apricots and bake in small greased Bundt pans, loaf pan, or large muffin tins for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
