Ingredients

  1. 6 oz Shawnee Mills Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
  2. 2 Tablespoons Chopped peanuts (optional)
  3. 1/3 Cup Magic Shell chocolate fudge syrup
  4. 10 oz Swirled Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream

Create a sweet and delicious dessert that combines two classic treats into one: waffles and ice cream. This recipe includes the Shawnee Mills Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix as a special ingredient. Enjoy a warm, golden, and crispy waffle, freshly made to perfection, topped with a generous scoop of creamy and smooth ice cream.

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, follow the directions of Shawnee Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (6 oz)- make waffles 
  2. Set aside the desired amount of waffles and lightly fold them in half
  3. Once they have cooled, dip each waffle into Magic Shell chocolate fudge 
  4. After the Magic Shell chocolate fudge has hardened, scoop 2 balls of ice cream into each waffle 
  5. Top with chopped peanuts
