Focaccia Bread

This flat oven-baked Italian bread product is similar in style and texture to pizza dough. Focaccia is popular in Italy and is usually seasoned with olive oil, salt, sometimes herbs. Focaccia can be used as a side to many meals, as a base for pizza, or as sandwich bread.


2 Pkg Shawnee Mills Pizza Mix

1 Cup Water

1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Rosemary

1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt


Preheat your oven to 350 f

Line a small baking sheet 10” X 12” with the olive oil.

In a small mixing bowl combine the Shawnee Mills Pizza Mix and water mixing until a smooth ball forms do not over mix or kneed, then place onto sheet tray covering in the oil and flattening to cover the sheet tray.

Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary onto the top and cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm location for 10-15 min.

 When the dough is double in size place into 375 f oven  for 12-15 min until golden brown.  Gently salt the top while hot.
