- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Blend together the first four ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Reserve ½ cup mixture for topping.
- Add next three ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into 8×10 inch greased pan.
- Blend cinnamon and nuts with reserved topping and sprinkle on top of batter.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
