Fluffy Pancakes

Traditional american pancakes


Prep:

2/3 cup Shawnee Mills Yellow Cornmeal

1/3 cup Shawnee Mills Best All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tbsp Honey

3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

1 cup Syrup

Directions

1. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, egg, honey and butter, stirring until just combined. 

2. Pour by . cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. 

3. Cook until the other side is golden brown.
